Banana 'n' Custard Lollies

• Two large ripe bananas
• One tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 300m (½ pt ready made custard)
To decorate
• 30g (loz) chocolate, melted
• One tablespoon hundreds and thousands (optional)Recipe
1. Peel the bananas and cut into fairly small pieces. Place into a food processor with the lemon juice and blend until smooth. Add the custard and continue to whiz until blended.
2. Carefully pour the mixture into eight plastic ice-lolly moulds and place upright in the freezer until frozen solid.
3. Just prior to serving, dip the ends of the lollies into the melted chocolate. Decorate by sprinkling on a pinch of hundreds and thousands. Enjoy!
Slimmer Tip
• If you don't have lolly moulds use small, clean freezer bags instead.
