    8 oz flour
    8 oz suet
    8 oz sugar
    2 large teaspoonful of ginger

    Recipe



    1. Butter a pudding basin
    2. Mix the finely chopped suet into the sugar and ginger, mixingwell
    3. Place the mixture into the basin, ties down with a cloth and boil for three hours.
