Cheese and Chutney Bacon Chops

Use pork chops if you cannot buy bacon ones.
List of Ingredients
Bacon chops - 4
Plain flour - 25g (1 oz)
Butter - 25g (1 oz)
Milk - 300 ml (10 fl oz)
Tomato chutney - 2 tbsp
Fresh parsley - 1 tbsp, chopped
Freshly ground black pepper
Red Leicester cheese - 50g (2 oz), thinly sliced
Recipe
Cut a pocket in each chop through the fat into the flesh. Grill the chops until cooked.
Place the flour, butter and milk in a saucepan, heat, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens, boils and is smooth. Stir in the chutney and parsley. Season.
Insert the cheese in the chops. Serve immediately with the sauce and vegetables.
Serves 4.
