    # 2½ oz margarine
    # 2½ oz caster sugar
    # 4 oz self raising flour
    # 2 egg yolks
    # 1 teaspoon of chocolate drinking powder

    Recipe



    Light oven to 180º C (Gas mark 4) and arrange shelf in centre. Grease a baking tray. Weigh ingredients. Put margarine and sugar in mixing bowl and beat thoroughly with a wooden spoon until VERY soft. Beat in egg yolks. Add chocolate powder to the mixture and stir well. Stir in the flour. Shape the mixture into small balls about the size of a walnut. Arrange on greased baking tray, leaving enough room for the biscuits to spread (be warned - they are big!).
    Bake for 15 - 20 mins. Remove from oven and leave for 5 minutes to harden. Leave to cool. Store in an airtight tin. They will keep for 3 or 4 days. ENJOY!!!
