375g crushed digestive biscuits
200g melted butter
500g marscarpone cheese
50ml single or double cream
Large bar of good quality plain chocolate
1 crumbled Cadbury’s flake bar
1 sliced Mars bar
Recipe
Bind the crushed digestives and butter and press into the bottom of a 10 inch loose bottomed tin. In a bowl, soften the marscarpone cheese with a fork and mix in the cream. Melt the chocolate and fold into the cheese and cream mixture. Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving sprinkle with the crumbled flake and sliced Mars.
Serves 6.
