2 wraps, plain or flavoured
2 tablespoons soured cream
Sprinkling of freshly chopped chives
1 red pepper, cut into large chunks
1 orange pepper, cut into large chunks
1 red onion, peeled and cut into large chunks
2 small chicken breasts Chargrilled
4oz Cotswold, cut into small cubes
Salt and pepper to seasonRecipe
* Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil and oven roast until golden brown.
* Warm the wraps as per packet instructions.
* Spread each wrap with some soured cream, sprinkle with chives and seasoning.
* Arrange the roasted vegetables and chicken over the top leaving space around the edges to fold in the sides.
* Sprinkle the cheese over the top, fold in two sides and then firmly roll the wrap to form a sausage shape.
* Slice the wrap into 1-inch pieces and serve immediately.
Serves 2.
