Eggy Bread with Summer Fruit

List of Ingredients
* 4 Slices of Warburtons Best Muffin Toast
* 2 eggs
* 1 vanilla pod (split)
* Pinch of ground cinnamon
* 50ml milk
* Knob of butter
* 50g caster sugar
* Fresh summer fruit – blackberry, blueberry, raspberry and strawberry
* Maple syrup
* Fresh double cream
* Icing sugar
Recipe
Crack eggs in to a large bowl, whisk in the milk, vanilla pod seeds, cinnamon and caster sugar.
Dip the Best Muffin Toast in to the egg mixture until it's thoroughly coated.
Melt the butter in a frying pan until it fizzes, carefully place the bread in to the pan and fry each side until golden brown.
Remove bread from pan, cut into pieces and transfer to a plate.
Dust bread with icing sugar. Scatter the fresh fruit over the top, add a large dollop of cream and top with maple syrup.
