    4 slices of wholetneal bread
    5Ogm butter
    4 rashers bacon
    15Ogm Mozzarella cheese
    4 sliced pickled onions seasoning

    Recipe



    Toast bread on one side, and butter the other. Arrange pickled onions on the bread. Remove the rind from the bacon and cut in half. Roll bacon around strips of cheese, and grill on one side until bacon is cooked. Arrange on the bread and onion uncooked side uppermost. Season and return to grll to finish cooking the bacon. Serve hot.
