    List of Ingredients




    1 oz butter,
    1 table spoon lemon juice,
    3 table spoons plain floor (not 3 spoons, just 1 used 3 times),
    pinch of cayenne pepper,
    half table spoon curry powder,
    quarter pint double cream,
    half pint milk,
    1 green pepper (no seeds and chopped),
    2 oz walnuts (chopped),
    2 oz raisins,
    2 table spoons wine vinegar,
    big bag of plain crinkle cut crisps or chips.

    Put butter in bowl and place in micro wave for 1 min (or until melted). Remove from oven and stir in the flour and curry powder, then gradually add the milk. Put back in oven for 3 mins, stirring every minute. When done, add the remaining bits (leaving the cream till last), stir well and serve hot or cold, open crisps and dip into the stuff or try some chips from a fish and chip shop, you can also spread it on hot toast.
