4 oz Butter/margarine
3 oz Caster sugar
2 teaspoons Ground ginger
4oz Self raising flourRecipe
1. Cream the margarine and sugar together until soft.
2. Add ginger and flour to make into stiff dough.
3. Roll into small balls.
4. Put onto an un-greased baking tray well apart from each other.
5. Bake at gas mark 2/ 130C for 45 minutes in the lower part of the oven until golden brown.
