List of Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
2 small breakfast bangers
2 slices of Irish Bacon (Rashers)
1 slice black pudding
1 slice white pudding
1/2 c. baked beans
1/2 c. boiled mushrooms
1 tomato
1 slice white breadRecipe
Slice tomato in half and place in oven at 350 degrees until soft.
Boil mushrooms in water with oil, salt and pepper until soft. Drain.
In a hot skillet, brown bangers until all sides are dark brown.
Add bacon to pan and cook until sides are a nice brown color.
Add black and white pudding until both sides are brown.
While the meats are finished cooking, scramble egss in a separate pan.
Heat beans in microwave and toast bread.
Arrange on plate.
