225 g (8 oz) potatoes, boiled
225 g (8 oz) kale or cabbage, cooked
110 ml (4 fl oz) double cream
Salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
1. Mash the potatoes thoroughly and mix in the cooked kale, or cabbage, which has been finely chopped after cooking.
2. Stir in the double cream, season with salt and pepper.
3. Serve very hot.
