(serves 4)
454g (1lb) Adams Lincolnshire Sausages
25g Butter
2 Red Apples, cored and thickly sliced
2 tbsp Chopped Sage
200ml Cider
1 tsp Cornflour blended with 1 tbsp water
salt and pepperRecipe
Fry sausage for 15 minutes turning occasionally until browned.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in another frying pan and cook apple slices for 5 minutes, turning once, until browned.
Stir in sage and cider and bring to the boil.
Add cornflour mixture and stir until thickened. Season to taste.
Transfer sausage to serving plates, top with sauce and serve.
