1kg potatoes, washed and cut into 2cm wedges
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 pack instant curry sauce
300g can mushy peasRecipe
Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Place the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven and cook for 50 minutes turning halfway through cooking.
In the meantime make up the curry sauce as pack instructions and heat the mushy peas.
Serve in individual bowls alongside the potato wedges.
