    Dressing:
    60ml (4 tablesp) extra virgin olive oil
    30ml (2 tablesp) garlic wine vinegar
    Salad:
    Curly leaf lettuce, torn into small pieces
    2 sticks celery, chopped
    Celery leaves225g (8oz) mature Cheddar cheese, cut into small chunks
    350g (12oz) closed cup mushrooms, thickly sliced
    8 pickled onions, halved
    To serve:
    Crusty bread
    Spiced fruit chutney

    Recipe



    Whisk ingredients for dressing together. Put salad ingredients into a large salad bowl. Pour over dressing and toss together. Serve salad with slices of crusty bread and spiced fruit chutney.
