Stilton and Broccoli Pasta

List of Ingredients
350g/12 oz dried pasta
350g /12 oz broccoli spears
2 tbsp walnut or olive oil
juice of ? fresh lemon
black pepper
125g /4? oz blue Stilton cheese, cubed
handful of walnuts (optional)
flat leaf parsley, for garnish
Recipe
Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water as directed on the packet.
Add the broccoli spears for the last 3-4 minutes of cooking time
Meanwhile mix together the oil and lemon juice in a small bowl
Drain the cooked pasta and broccoli and toss with the oil and lemon
dressing
Add the Stilton and season with black pepper. Toss once more before
serving sprinkle with walnuts, if using, and a garnish of parsley
Tip: If you do not have a pan big enough to cook both the pasta and
broccoli, use two separate pans
