Thimbleby Thatched Cottage Pie

Serves Four
500g Mince (very nice from Heighington butchers!)
Tomato Puree/Passata
Potatoes Mashed and Butter added
Grated Red Leicester CheeseRecipe
Place mince in a casserole dish and place in an oven pre heated to 150c, leave for an hour to cook.
When cooked add tomato puree and stir thoroughly add mash potato and replace in the oven until about ½ an hour prior to serving.
Turn the heat of the oven to 190c and add grated cheese, this can be arranged to look like the thatch or just place on top. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with seasonal cooked vegetables or salad.
