Trimlestown Roast Sirloin

It's a little different from the traditional roast beef and gravy.
List of Ingredients
3 lbs sirloin tip roast
2 ounces whiskey
10 ounces red wine
1 ounce butter
2 ounces flour
salt and pepper
Recipe
Roast the sirloin for one hour at 350 degrees.
Baste with whiskey and wine and cook another hour, basting frequently.
Remove roast from oven, place on a serving dish, and cover with foil.
While the roast is sititng, add water to the juices to make one pint of liquid.
Bring to a simmer and add butter and flour; simmer 2-3 minutes.
Slice the roast and serve with gravy.
