    4 bread rolls
    25g (1oz) soft margarine or butter
    75g (3oz) Cornish Yarg Cheese, grated
    Juice of ½ lemon

    Recipe



    # Cut four or five vertical slits down each roll.
    # Mix together the other ingredients until combined.
    # Spread the mixture evenly between the slits in the rolls and spread any remaining mixture over the top.
    # Wrap each roll loosely in foil, place on a baking tray and bake at 200°C, gas mark 6 for 15 minutes.
    # If soft rolls used, open the foil for a few minutes to crisp the tops.
    # Serve with Savoury Ramekins or with vegetable soups or other savoury dishes.

    Serves 4.
