    1 cup flour
    1 stick butter
    1 cup walnuts
    1 8oz cream cheese
    1 cup confectionary sugar
    1-2 cups cool whip
    1 6oz instant chocolate pudding
    3 cups milk

    Recipe



    Blend together, 1 cup flour, 1 stick butter, 1 cup walnuts & spread into 9x13 inch pan. Bake @ 350 15-25 mins till light brown.
    Let crust cool, then blend with mixer 1 8oz cream cheese, 1 cup confectionary sugar, 1-2 cup cool whip- spread on cooled crust above. May adjust cool whip till smooth enought to spread.

    1 6oz instant chocolate pudding - blend with 3 cups milk beat till stiff. Spread on cream cheese mixture then top with whip cream.

    Serves 10.
