    Apples (enough to make a couple of layers in the bottom of the pan)

    1/2 cup sugar

    Salt

    1/2 cup butter

    1 cup brown sugar

    1 cup flour

    Recipe



    Slice apples into buttered baking dish. Add 1/2 cup sugar and pinch of salt. Cream butter and brown sugar. Work in flour and spread over apples. Bake 1 hour at 375-degrees.

    Yield: 8 servings.
