    1 Duncan Hines Spice Cake box mix
    eggs
    oil
    water
    butter and flour for cake pans

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees
    Make a pot of VERY strong coffee and let cool.
    Melt 6 Tablespoons of butter with 2 squares of Baker's bittersweet chocolate .
    Mix together melted butter/chocolate mixture, one box of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Mix in the cooled coffee, a little at a time, alternating with milk until icing reaches desired consistency.
