    Lois’s Crazy Cracker Candy

    List of Ingredients




    1 11 oz. bag of butterscotch chips

    1 cup of Pepperidge Farms Fish crackers (plain)

    1 cup whole cashews

    Recipe



    Melt chips in double boiler. When chips are melted, remove from heat and add fish crackers and nuts. Stir to combine and then drop by tablespoons onto wax paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until hard. Makes about 2 dozen delicious candy bites.

    This recipe comes from my mother who bakes or makes candy every week for her Bridge group. One day one of the ladies, Lois, brought her a bag of plain fish crackers and a bag of cashews and she decided to do something with them and she called them Lois’s Crazy Cracker Candy. They are delicious and so easy for a quick sweet treat.
