    4 oz. cream cheese or 1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp peppermint extract
    red, pink, or green food coloring (depending on the season)
    cream or milk

    Recipe



    Mix together all the ingredients, adding just enough milk to make a hard fondant. Knead then chill. Make into little balls and put into molds. Refrigerate. When hardened, pop out the candies. Store in the refrigerator or freezer. (These taste wonderful straight from the freezer.)
