    List of Ingredients




    2 onions, chopped
    2 small peppers; 1 red, 1 green
    2 small cans mushrooms, drained
    2 zucchinis
    2 summer squash
    2 lb Italian sausage or kielbasa

    Recipe



    Brown onions, peppers and mushrooms. Then, add zucchini, squash and sausage. Season to taste.

    Simmer until done.
