- 1 cup uncooked instant white rice
- 1 WRANGLERS® (16-ounce) package cut in bite-size pieces
- 1 HORMEL® Chili No Beans (15-ounce) can
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Heat oven to 350°F. Cook rice according to package directions. Combine rice with next 3 ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
