    List of Ingredients




    8 cups cooked sliced potatoes, sizzled till brown
    1 cup blanched sausage pieces
    1/2 cup blanched bacon pieces
    1/2 cup sauted onions
    3/4 cup Emmentaler cheese

    Recipe



    Place potatoes, sausage and bacon in a casserole dish. Top with sauteed onions and Emmentaler cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes in a 350-degree oven.


    At Wheat Fields, the Dusseldorf Casserold is served with the Swiss Hotel Salad and muffins or warm roles.
