Easy Stacked Dinner

List of Ingredients
500 g lean ground beef, cooked or leftover roast, diced 1 lb
6 medium potatoes, peeled & sliced 6
3 large carrots, sliced 3
1 large onion, diced 1
1 medium green pepper, diced 1
500 ml can whole tomatoes 2 cup
1 ml pepper 1/4 tsp
1 ml dried basil 1/4 tsp
40 ml steak sauce 3 tbsp
50 ml parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Recipe
Crumble cooked hamburger in casserole dish. Layer potatoes, carrots, onion and pepper. Pour tomatoes over layers. Sprinkle pepper, basil and cheese over tomatoes. Cover with lid or aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
