* 6 sliced raw potatoes (large)
* 4 sliced raw carrots
* 1 lb. ground chuck
* 1 lg. onion, sliced
* 1 green pepper, sliced
* 1 can tomato soup
* ½ can of waterRecipe
Place one layer of sliced raw potatoes on bottom of 2 quart casserole bowl, then add a layer of sliced carrots, a layer of browned chopped meat and sliced onion. Next place another layer of sliced potatoes and another layer of sliced carrots on top of meat. Add green pepper, then add tomato soup mixed with ½ can of water and pour over ingredients. Bake one hour at 350°.
