Fresh Vegetable Casserole

List of Ingredients
8 small new potatoes
8 baby carrots
1 small cauliflower, break in flowerlets
1 cup fresh peas
1 cup baby lima beans
1/2 pound process cheese, sliced
2 cups medium cream sauce
Several celery stalks and onions
1 tablespoon cheese, grated
Recipe
Cook vegetables separately (except celery and onions). Drain well; place in casserole. Add sliced cheese to hot cream sauce and stir until melted. Chop a few stalks of celery and a couple of small onions together and add water to them. Simmer until a broth is obtained. Mix this broth into sauce and pour over vegetables. Place casserole in 350-degree oven, about 30 minutes, until well-heated. Sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with parsley.
Serves 8.
