2 lbs skinless chicken
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
7 1/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons flour
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Arrange chicken in casserole pan.
3. Pour vinegar over chicken pieces, followed by tabasco sauce.
4. Whisk cream of mushroom soup, water and flour until smooth; pour over chicken.
5. Saute mushrooms in butter and garlic for three minutes.
6. Add mushroom mixture to cover chicken in casserole.
7. Bake uncovered for 65 minutes or until chicken is done and gravy is has thickened.
