1 pound ground beef
1 can (10 oz.) tomatoes with green chilies
1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of tomato soup
1 can (15 oz.) Mexican-style beans
1 package (16 oz.) Fritos corn chips
1 amount shredded lettuce
1 amount grated cheeseRecipe
# In a large skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Drain.
# Stir in tomatoes, soup and beans. Simmer about 20 minutes.
# To serve, place a layer of Fritos, then meat sauce, then lettuce and then cheese in a bowl.
