    8 oz noodles -- wide
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 lb turkey or chicken, boneless
    1 cut into strips
    1 salt and pepper
    14 1/2 oz pasta style chunky tomatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 onion -- chopped
    2 celery stalks -- sliced
    1 cup mushrooms -- sliced

    Recipe



    Cook noodles according to pkg. directions; drain and reserve. In large skillet over med. high heat, heat oil. Add turkey and cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Uncover; cook 5 min. longer or till thickened, stirring occasionally.

    Serve over cooked noodles.
