    * 1 lb. ground beef
    * 1 8 oz. cans tomato sauce with bits
    * 1 12 oz. can whole kernel corn drained
    * 1/2 c. chopped onion
    * 1 tsp. sugar
    * 1/2 tsp. salt
    * 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    * 1/2 tsp. oregano
    * 1/4 tsp. pepper
    * 2 c. prepared mashed potatoes
    * 1/2 c. sour cream
    * 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    In skillet, brown beef, pour off excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce, corn, onions, sugar, salt, garlic salt, oregano and pepper. Pour into shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Blend potatoes and sour cream. Spoon into eight mounds on top of meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 - 30 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes are lightly browned.
