Makes 6 to 8 servings per pan.
List of Ingredients
8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 lb. butter or margarine, melted
Almost 2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed to make crumbs
Recipe
Cook chicken in oven until done. Cut up into bite-size pieces. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 9-by-13 baking dishes with butter. Mix together soup, sour cream and broth. Put chicken in a layer in pan, pour sour cream mixture over evenly. Melt butter or margarine. Sprinkle crushed crackers over chicken mixture. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over crumbs. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Note: Serve with hot noodles, rice or potatoes.
