    List of Ingredients




    4 pounds potato peeled and boiled
    1 each 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
    1 cup sour cream
    2 cloves garlic roasted
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon white pepper
    2 tablespoons butter melted

    Recipe



    Peel your potatoes and boil them in large pan of water for 20 minutes, then turn off burner and let them sit until soft. Beat until creamy and smooth. Add: cream cheese and sour cream, garlic, pepper and salt. Beat until mixed well. Transfer into casserole dish and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Serves 10.
