List of Ingredients
1 cup potatoes, cut in thin strips
Peanut oil
1 cup green cabbage, cut in thin strips
1/2 red onion, cut in thin strips
1/4 cup jalapeños, chopped
1/2 cup sweet red peppers, cut in thin strips
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil
1/2 cup red wine
1 cup beef stock, reduced by halfRecipe
Fry potatoes in 350-degree peanut oil.
Sauté cabbage, onions, peppers, and garlic with a touch of salt and
pepper in olive oil. Add wine and simmer for a minute. Add beef stock
and toss; pour over fried potatoes. Makes four servings.
