Alan Jackson's Buttermilk Biscuits

2 cups of White Lily self-raising flour
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup Crisco shorteningRecipe
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Sift flour. Work Crisco into flour. Add buttermilk.
Roll out onto floured board and cut a dozen 2 inch biscuits.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Butter while hot.
