Alan Thicke's Noodles Alfredo

1 lb pasta, (your choice)
1/4 cup butter
2 x garlic cloves, minced
2 tbl parsley, chopped
1 dsh salt and pepper
1/2 cup half and half
1/4 cup Parmesan cheeseRecipe
* Cook pasta according to direction on package. Do not overcook! Drain well, but do not rinse. Meanwhile, in a medium-size skillet, sautee garlic in butter.
* Add parsley, salt and pepper, half and half and Parmesan cheese. Stir over heat but do hot boil. Place pasta in heated bowl. Pour sauce over pasta and serve. (If desired, you can sprinkle on extra Parmesan cheese before serving).
