Ancho Rubbed Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
4 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. ancho powder
4 one-inch-thick Smithfield pork chops, about 1 pound each Recipe
Make rub by mixing all ingredients together
Coat chops all over with rub and allow to rest in refrigerator for one hour
Heat grill to medium high heat.
Grill chops over coals.
Rotate chops 90 degrees after four minutes to mark.
Grill each side for eight minutes.
