4 avocados
• 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
• 1 can artichoke hearts
• 1 cup tomatoes
• 7 oz. jar roasted red peppers
• 1 cup pepperocinis
• 1 cup Greek olives
• 2 tbsp. chopped onion
• Salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste

In a bowl, mash the avocados. Chop remaining ingredients and mix with avocados. Season to taste.
