11 medium potatoes, peeled
2 packages (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
salt,
pepper,
celery salt
2 TBLS butter, softened
Recipe
Preheat oven to 300. Boil potatoes until tender. Combine cream cheese
and sour cream; beat until blended. Add boiled potatoes while still hot.
Beat till light and fluffy (add more sour cream, if necessary.) Season
with salt, pepper and celery salt. Spoon potatoes into casserole dish
and brush with softened butter. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes. Turn
temperature up for last 10 minutes to brown top.
