Cubed pork tenderloin (6 oz. Portions)
Flour
Buttermilk
Seasoned bread crumb mix**
Vegetable oil
Recipe
Flour both sides of the pork
Dip pork in buttermilk
Place portions in crumb mix, coating both sides and pressing firmly
Deep fry at 350 degrees until golden and the tenderloin floats
Drain and serve on a kaiser bun, add all your favorite trimmings
**Use equal parts of flour and Japanese bread crumbs . Add seasoning mix of black pepper, cayanne salt and granulated garlic toast.
