CAST-IRON COUNTRY CORN BREAD

List of Ingredients
2 CUPS QUAKER YELLOW CORNMEAL
2 CUPS FLOUR
1 CUP SUGAR
2 TBSP. BAKING POWDER
1 1/2 TSP. SEA SALT
2 1/2 CUPS WHOLE OR 2% MILK
I CUP VEGETABLE OIL
5 EGGS
5 TBSP. BUTTER
1 TBSP. HONEY
Recipe
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13-X-9-X-2 pan.
2) In a large bowl, stir cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, & sea salt. Set aside. In another large bowl, beat together milk, oil, and eggs until blended well. Add the cornmeal/flour mixture and stir until just combined. pour into cast-iron skillet or a prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F. cool and cut into 12 squares. Mix together butter and honey. Serve with cornbread.
