    3/4 Cup Water
    2 Pounds Round Steak -- Cut Into 1" Cubes
    1/2 Cup Ketchup
    4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
    1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    1 Medium Onion -- Minced

    Recipe



    About 1 1/2 hours before serving, mix all ingredients in a large skillet. Cover and chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Over medium low heat,cook, covered, for about 50 minutes or until steak is fork tender.
