    4 ea Ripe Hass Avocados (peeled and de-seeded)
    2 TBS Lemon Juice
    1 ea Garlic clove (crushed)
    1 ea Ripe Tomato (finely diced)
    1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
    3-4 drop Tabasco Sauce
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 cup Green Onions (chopped)
    1/2 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese

    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl, mash avocados, leaving them lumpy.
    · Mix in lemon juice, garlic, onion, cumin, Tabasco, salt.
    · Add tomatoes and Green Onions.
    · Sprinkle freshly shredded Swiss Cheese on top.
