    James Avery says, "There's always room for a piece of cake!"

    List of Ingredients




    1 3/4 cups softened butter
    3 cups sugar
    5 eggs
    3 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup 7-Up soda
    1 tablespoon lemon extract
    2 tablespoons vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325øF. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time,
    beating after each addition, while adding a small amount of flour after each
    egg. Mix in any remaining flour, along with 7-Up. Beat in lemon extract and
    vanilla. Pour into a greased bundt cake pan. Bake for approx. 80-90 minutes.
