List of Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 can anchovies, (2 ounces) drain
1 cl garlic, mince
2 sm red chili pepper, chop
2/3 cup black olives, chop
3 x leaves basil, chop
3 tbl parsley, mince
12 oz marinara sauce
2 tbl capers, drain
penne pasta, cook, drainRecipe
In olive oil sauteeanchovies until dissolved; add garlic, chili pepper and olives. Sauteea few minutes. Add basil, parsley and marinara. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over penne.
