    Jamie Moyer's Double Chocolate Brownies

    12 ounces bittersweet chocolate

    3 tablespoons butter

    3/4 cup granulated sugar

    31/2 tablespoons water

    2 eggs

    3/4 cup all-purpose flour

    3/4 tablespoon salt

    2 cups walnuts, coarsely chopped

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 9-inch pan. In a medium saucepan combine half of chocolate with butter, sugar and water.

    Cook over a low heat until melted.

    Set aside to cool.

    Whisk in eggs and stir in remaining chocolate. Batter will be thick and lumpy. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Set aside to cool. Garnish with powdered sugar.
