1 1/2 tbsp Prepared cocoa
2 tbsp Sugar
1 dash Salt
2 cup Water, boiling
2 cup Milk, scalded
Recipe
1. Mix cocoa, sugar and salt.
2. Dilute with ½ cup boiling water to make a smooth paste.
3. Add remaining water.
4. Boil 1 minute.
5. Turn into scalded milk.
6. Beat for 2 minutes with a rotary beater
